OUR Pastors
The Pastors oversee the day-to-day ministry and direction of Mid-Cheshire Community Church, helping to support the vision, mission, and practical life of the church across all locations. Working closely with the elders and trustees, the team provides leadership in areas such as pastoral care, ministry development, operations, and community engagement, serving the church with unity, wisdom, and a heart to equip others.

Senior Pastor
Antony is married to Åsa, and they have a deep love for Jesus and His Church. They carry a strong sense of calling to Mid-Cheshire, with a heart to see people of every generation come alive to the gospel. Their passion is to help build a church family that is unashamed of Christ, grounded in His Word, and committed to seeing the Church flourish and advance across Mid-Cheshire.
Caz Haylett
Kids & Youth Pastor
Caz is a passionate leader and advocate for the next generation. A proud parent of two teenagers, she has been part of MCC since 2009, serving as Kids Pastor since 2012 and Kids & Youth Pastor since 2019. Caz is passionate about helping children and young people grow in their faith, understand God’s love, and experience the joy of the Lord through fun, creative, and engaging ministry.
